Wildcard Thursday: Back to Mars

It's Wildcard Day.  Time to check back with our rather unfortunate Martians and their nefarious captors.

HFSAC Wildcard:  Mars Page 2.

Well now, that's a color scheme.  I gotta say, no other comic anywhere looks like this one.  Not sure that's a good thing, mind you.  Anyway, one of the problems with spreading out these Wildcard Pages is that I can't remember what I Ranted about on the previous page.  So hopefully this isn't too redundant.  The Crimson Empire were originally a Secret Nation on Earth that appeared in several issues of my series "Cosmic Love".  The "citizens" of the Crimson Empire were all Criminals, Thieves, Murderers, and Assassins.  Not exactly nice people to say the least.  The leader of the Crimson Empire is called the Crimson Robe.  If you read "Cosmic Love" #4, then you know the identity of the Crimson Robe, and you know how powerful and dangerous he is.  If you haven't read that classic TORC Press Comic, then you'll just have to wait until Page 8.  Regardless, when it was obvious that Ortex was about to completely take the Earth, the Crimson Empire fled into Space and eventually ended up on Mars, where they've pretty much taken over.  Now the Native Martians serve as slave labor, harvesting their own planets resources to fuel the ever growing Crimson Empire War Machine.  It's a sad state of affairs to say the least.
