Because I'm off my game this morning, I forgot some stuff for the NOTES section on the Main Site this morning. First off, you might notice that the Native Venusian on this page is speaking some sort of weird hieroglyphic-like language. In the original SOL strip the Native Venusians all spoke English. So, why the difference? Welp, SOL has the ability to assimilate and understand new and alien languages. Again, remember that he is an Ancient and Forgotten God, so even English is a foreign language to him. Anyway, the point I'm trying to make is that SOL can understand and communicate with the Venusians, while Octopus Jones and Doom Eagle lack this ability. Interesting side note: because they've been Cosmically Evolved, all of the members of the Hot Fudge Sundae Adventure Club also have the ability to speak and understand Alien Languages naturally.
Also, apparently, SOL can teleport people across great distances with an ability he calls a Sunbeam. I didn't know he could do that.
