Rut-Roh Raggy!

I never really intended for Quixote and Mr. Skullface Man to ever really develop any sort of relationship.  In fact, I never really intended to do anything with Mr. Skullface Man, period.  But like most things, it all just kind of happened, and here we are, at the absolute apex of the duo's bizarre friendship/antagonism. 

Also, I'm very happy I got to use the line "Big Honkin' Axe".
